The Hunter and the Hunted part 4Kopelli could only watch from his spot only a few feet away in amazement by how well the hunter had fought the beast, given he had earned several injuries from his prior fight with him. Looking at the hunter as he held the reaper's head up he couldn't help but comment, "Dang you took him down like he was nothing "The Hunter and the Hunted part 4 by RenagadeRexRider
The hunter made a low clicking sound and lowered the reaper's head before he turned back towards its decapitated corpse. Kopelli watched him look over the body for only a moment before he strode towards the creature's back, and Kopelli saw what he was after. He tensed as he pulled the dagger from the reapers' back and turned back towards him,
'Oh geeze!' Kopelli thought to himself as he now knew the alliance was over
He blinked as the hunter's wrist blades retracted and he held out his dagger to him. Kopelli just remained tense and looked at his blade warily did he risk taking up the blade?
After only a moment more, the hunter snorted in an agitated man
The Hunter and the Hunted part 2From his high vantage point atop the water tower, Jegeren seemed to laugh as his prey dodged both Plasma caster shots, and judging by how well he continued to move after the first shot, he evaded expertly and unscathed,The Hunter and the Hunted part 2 by RenagadeRexRider
"Agile prey! How entertaining!" he laughed before he gave a roar and leapt off his perch atop the water tower, silent caution abandoned only a moment before he quickly resumed it and silently made his way over to where his prey had disappeared. But before he could make it to his destination, his modified hearing detected the racing heartbeat of his target some four buildings away. Now looking in the direction of his target, he once more made his way as quietly as possible over to where he was hiding.
Kopelli stood pressing his back firmly against the side of the building, sniffing the air that was now flowing in his favor, his heart racing from both the rush of adrenaline and the run as he had made it to his current spot in record time, "Sniper shot!" he ma
The Hunter and the HuntedForest air hung thick on the wind, the scent of pine needles and soil made stronger by recent drizzling, giving a lifeline to the plant life but it was only for the plant life that the rain could provide. The Hunter and the Hunted by RenagadeRexRider
Deep into the forest, the air was being marred by a strong acidic odor as a figure sprinted through the forest without slowing; the darkness surrounding him was completely ignored by the reflective predatory eyes he had, the forest bright enough to maneuver in as he sprinted agilely through whatever came around the next tree. The figure was easily that of a human, but if one could look at him up close, you could see that was not fully true.
The figure's name is Kopelli, a tall, dark skinned twenty two year old boy of Native American decent. Though he was born a human, Kopelli was now a genetic hybrid known as an Anthropoid; the dual row of feathers along his head are the only noticeable remnants of the bald eagle DNA that courses in his blood, the long catlike tail he
Predator's Acquaintance Humanity was on the verge of extinction.Predator's Acquaintance by colaphan
The once thriving metropolises that stood as a testimony to humanity's progress, such as London, Berlin, Paris, Beijing, New York City, Moscow, Tokyo, were now void of life. Cars, once used by humans, lied abandoned on the roads by the thousands. Buildings lost their impressiveness as they began to crumble from the lack of maintenance. Once a species of billions, humans were now reduced to only a few hundred...hopefully.
Humanity's collapse is accredited to an extraterrestrial species known as the Yautja, but to most humans they were known simply as Predators. The Predators were humanoid, but that was where any resemblance towards humans ended. They seemed reptile in nature since they had scale-like skin. They typically had long dreads and stood at least six feet tall. This species apparently fled their home world and were looking for a suitable replacement. Earth was that replacement. The Yautja had no interest in sharing Earth and, upon landin
